Serving as Christ’s hands and heart in the world is a commitment of all Presbyterians and the PCUSA denomination as a whole! As a connectional church we are able to link together and address the needs of the world in ways that no one individual church can do alone!
The Presbyterian Church U.S.A. is divided into regions called Presbyteries and Synods which support camp and conference ministries, Campus Ministries, Presbyterian Colleges and Universities, immigrant population ministries, and specialized ministries to individuals at risk.
The PCUSA also offers volunteer mission involvement, and opportunities to financially support needs globally through various offerings. The ways in which you can be personally involved through hands-on service or through financial giving is almost endless. You can even serve the church as a member of a Presbytery committee, assisting congregations in their own mission!
