First United Presbyterian Church has a special gift of Christian hospitality. There is a place for you and your talents in this important ministry, which focuses on providing meals, receptions, and refreshments for church-related events. The Fellowship Committee of the church coordinates with FUPC staff, other committees, and community groups in use of the church’s kitchen facilities.
Approximately 100 hospitality events take place over the course of a year, as well as providing refreshments for Sunday Morning Fellowship Time. Volunteers are always needed, whether you are able to cook, serve, coordinate, help keep the kitchen in order, cleanup, help with furniture setups and takedowns, or provide refreshments and snacks for church events.
