Together, we can do more for our community than we can do individually. One example of where FUPC provides support is New Beginnings, a project designed to help homeless people get jobs and move into the community.

The space includes 20 cabins. FUPC was able to provide funds to cover the cost of building sidewalks connecting these cabins with the community center.

Other organizations have provided bikes for the residents, a community garden, furnishings for the cabins, and coffee for the volunteers, among other things. Northwest Arkansas has rallied round to help make this project work.

With a stable address, the residents will be able to apply for, gain, and keep jobs that will help them to move out of homelessness for good
